We’re a high-growth, HR-Tech start-up building and selling software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. Today, we have a strong foundation in place, with a mature product, rapid growth, strong product-market fit, and happy customers.
Our Marketing and Partnerships team has expanded rapidly over the past year, and we’re now seeking a Marketing Operations Manager. This role will be crucial in expanding our data enrichment architecture and launching integrated campaign experiments to advance our reporting and systems, ensuring we’re implementing and optimizing the right strategies over time.
A few things to know before applying:
- All of our Go-to-Market operations fall under RevOps, and this role reports directly to the RevOps lead. This structure ensures we have an unbiased scope to work across the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on the areas that need us most.
- This role will primarily support the Marketing team, which includes Growth Marketing, Events, Content, Partnerships, and our Outbound SDR team.

- This UK-based role is mostly remote with in-person team meetups a few times per year. Our headquarters is in Jersey, UK, and we have a distributed remote team of 70 members spanning the UK and the U.S.
About the Role:
- Manage all campaign operations across Marketing and Partnerships, with strategic projects supporting the Product and Customer Success teams as needed
- Lead our marketing signals database and contribute to our wider data and enrichment architecture. Ensure we maintain robust data management practices
- Leverage enriched Hubspot data to develop and maintain smart lists, campaigns, sequences, and email subscriptions across customer and prospect databases
- Work closely with the Marketing and Partnerships team on campaign sprints, ensuring streamlined processes, comprehensive tracking, and effective cross-team communication
- Transform our marketing reporting capabilities, from granular channel-level metrics to sophisticated attribution models and funnel analysis
- Oversee the Google Tag Manager container for our marketing website
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for our Marketing Ops procedures, coordinating communications to ensure consistent process adoption

- Expand our tracking of brand awareness touchpoints and intent signals with target accounts
- Create innovative dashboards for the marketing team to enable better campaign-level and full-funnel analysis
- Transform our approach from “always on” planning to strategic multichannel, integrated campaigns-including process optimization and reporting enhancements

About You:
- 3+ years of experience working in marketing operations and/or growth marketing in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup environment
- Advanced proficiency with Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong expertise in marketing analytics and working with complex datasets
- High technical aptitude (Huge plus if you can work with SQL, Python, or similar languages)
- Proven history of actions and decisions that demonstrate our core values in practice
- Natural self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems independently before seeking assistance
- Thrives in a high-growth scale-up environment and understands its demands. Able to strategically prioritize to deliver maximum value
- Startup experience and the ability to work efficiently with limited resources.
