- Algomarketing is seeking a Junior Program Specialist to support the enablement function of a Global Enterprise SaaS organisation.
- This entry-level role will help coordinate and deliver regional sales enablement programmes across EMEA.
- The successful candidate will work with Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Enablement stakeholders to support programme execution, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and execute regional enablement programmes aligned with global and local priorities, including onboarding, product launches, prospecting, and skills development.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure programmes and content are relevant to regional audiences.
- Track and report on enablement programme effectiveness using Salesforce, learning management systems, internal dashboards, and other reporting tools.
- Analyse programme data and provide actionable insights to improve seller productivity, engagement, and ramp-up time.
- Act as a central point of coordination between Sales Enablement, go-to-market teams, Field Marketing, and Sales Leadership across EMEA.
- Gather feedback from frontline teams to help adapt and localise global enablement content.
- Support the rollout of enablement tools, playbooks, training pathways, and certification programmes across different markets and customer segments.
- Monitor participation, engagement, adoption, and programme outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Learn and adopt relevant AI tools to support programme delivery, analysis, and operational efficiency.
- Graduate or entry-level experience suitable for a programme coordination, sales enablement, operations, or project support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working collaboratively across different business functions.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to programme execution.
- Analytical capability and an interest in using data to evaluate programme performance.
- Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
- Ability to work from the London office 2 days per week.
