We’ve sold millions of policies that have helped drivers get where they need to go, but we’re not finished there. We’re growing our team to help us continue in that mission. If you are extraordinary at what you do and want to be a part of a rapidly growing business at the cutting edge of the InsureTech industry, we would love to hear from you!
This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Manager to join us at Tempcover on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave within the team. You'll shape and implement our CRM strategy, sending communications that are clear, build confidence and increase awareness of our products - keeping customers engaged and bringing them back to us whenever they next need cover. Temporary motor insurance is naturally a repeat-purchase product, so a big part of the role is driving our Returning Customers programme, alongside communications for our newer product lines (including Breakdown Cover).
The role is ideal for candidates that have experience with Braze and have a proven track record of creating and articulating CRM strategies that drive positive performance, delivering successful campaigns across numerous channels including Email, SMS and Push Notifications. We're looking for an experienced CRM Manager who's passionate about their craft and wants to build on an already successful foundation, taking us into new and exciting areas.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting our CMO to create a strategic vision
- Implementing automated customer journeys across multiple channels
- Deploying tactical campaigns
- Measuring and reporting on performance across multiple campaigns and CRM programmes on a weekly and monthly basis, including how we’re pacing vs forecast
- Working with a broad range of stakeholders inside and outside the team
- Ensuring we target the right users at the right time with the right message
- Improving performance
- Optimising the best ways to target, and reward, existing customers - whether it's via email, SMS or push notifications
What we're looking for:
- A long track record of successfully using Customer Engagement Platforms
- Ability to create automated multi-channel user journeys and complex workflows to support objectives of improving engagement and conversion
- Experience building Email, SMS and Push Notification campaigns
- Good understanding of data management, analysis and reporting, both within the CEP and tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI
- Ability to leverage AI to streamline processes and enhance your output
- Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business to deliver timely and effective campaigns
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with a proven ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously
- Experience using Braze
- Knowledge of automated lifecycle programmes, dynamic content, testing methodologies and inbox placement
- Basic email HTML coding experience
- Experience working within the insurance market
- Experience using Claude AI assistant
You don’t need to tick off everything on this list - so don’t let that hold you back from applying. We want to make sure you’re learning plenty during your time with us!
What we offer:
- 10% discretionary yearly bonus and yearly pay reviews (based on RVU and personal performance)
- A hybrid working approach with 2 in-office days per week and up to 22 working days per year to “work from anywhere”
- Employer matching pension contributions up to 7.5%
- A one-off £300 “work from home” budget to help contribute towards a great work environment at home
- Excellent maternity, paternity, shared parental, and adoption leave policy, for those key moments in your life
- 25 days holiday (increasing with years of employment to 30 days) + 2 days “my time” per year
- Private medical cover, critical illness cover, and employee assistance programme
- A healthy learning and training budget
- Electric vehicle and cycle to work schemes
- Regular events - from team socials to company-wide events with insightful external speakers, we want to make sure our colleagues continue to feel connected.
