Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a consultancy company based in Waltham Abbey who are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team!

Duties:

  • Respond to employee payroll queries
  • Process payroll inputs, including timesheets, overtime, holidays, and absences
  • Verify payroll data before submission
  • Calculate 12-month average pay for reporting
  • Prepare and post payroll journals across multiple entities
  • Support month-end finance processes
  • Process weekly purchasing card transactions in MRI
  • Assist with Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger activities
  • Provide cover and support for the wider finance team as required

Requirements:

  • Understand payroll process including pensions
  • At least 2+ years experience in a similar role

Salary and information:

  • £30,000-£35,000 DOE
  • Office based with 1 day working from home per week
  • Permanent
