Divisional Director Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a construction business who are based in Slough, they are actively looking for a Divisional Director to take the ownership of the projects from the Slough office. Duties: * Lead the commercial performance of the UK business and project portfolio, ensuring strong contract outcomes, effective risk management, disciplined pricing and protection of Company value. * Govern the tendering and estimating process within delegated authority, challenging scope, assumptions, resources, risk, pricing and expected returns before commitments are made. * Maintain strong commercial oversight of projects, using forecasts, budgets and programme performance to identify emerging issues and drive timely intervention. * Shape the organisation and workforce to support the business plan, ensuring the right leadership, skills and capacity are available to meet current and future demand. * Attract, develop and retain key talent, with clear succession plans and development pathways for critical and high-potential roles. * Drive a high-quality sales and opportunity pipeline, ensuring business-development activity supports targeted growth, profitability, risk appetite and strategic priorities. * Convert growth plans into practical requirements for people, systems, investment and working capital, enabling the business to scale effectively while maintaining operational standards. * Direct the deployment of resources and capital to maximise returns, while maintaining cost control and strong cash conversion across WIP, billing, collections, suppliers and project delivery. Requirements: * Have at least 5 years experience in a similar role * Have managed a team of at least 3+ people * Led projects across the construction industry with tangible examples of commercial input Salary and information: * Office based - 5 days a week * £100,000 - £125,000 If you are interested in this role please apply today!
