Payroll & HR Assistant Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an Education business in Kensington who are urgently seeking a Payroll/HR Assistant to join the HR Team on a temporary/temporary to permanent basis. Duties: Payroll: * Monthly payroll using CINTRA (Payroll) * Accurately input and verify payroll data while making sure deadlines are met and regulations are followed. * Coordinate with the payroll provider to guarantee seamless processing and accurate reporting * Address payroll questions from employees promptly and with a helpful approach * Assist with pension enrolments, manage income protection, and coordinate with external providers as needed * Keep track of payroll records and create reports for senior management HR: * Assist with employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes. * Keep HR records accurate and ensure the HRIS (currently BreatheHR) is regularly updated. * Support HR queries and escalate when necessary * Provide assistance in preparing letters, contracts, and various other types of documentation. * Make sure to follow employment laws and stick to internal policies Salary + information: * £28,000 – £35,000 * Temporary to permanent or temporary only Due to the anticipated high volume of applications for this advertisement, it is with regret that we may only be able to contact those applicants successful in being shortlisted.
