Pinpoint Resourcing, a Facilities Management company based in East London, is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join the senior finance team permanently.
Duties:
- Updating payroll data for staff members (hours, rate of pay) as per information obtained from managers
- Updating staff's personal information
- Managing pension contributions
- Processing Attachment of Earnings orders
- Processing new starter forms (document check, entry in system)
- Processing statutory payments (SSP, SMP..)
- Operating payroll systems (Templa CMS, Access Select Pay) on admin level
- Training new users of payroll systems
- Releasing and assigning timesheets to managers
- Supporting managers with wages
- Processing wages at the end of the month
- Processing payslips, P45 and P60
- Producing payroll reports for the Board
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience working in a payroll position
- Experience using payroll processing software
- Good written and spoken communication
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
