Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with an exciting PE backed business based in High Wycombe to source a Financial Controller to join their shared service centre permanently.
Duties:
- The Financial Controller is responsible for ensuring supplier and subcontractor transactions are processed accurately, maintaining strong supplier relationships, financial integrity and robust processes.
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience working in a PE or VC backed business
- Lead and oversee SSC finance operations of 20 people across AP, AR, Payroll, and Management Accounting.
- Monitor SSC KPIs and operational performance metrics
- Deliver management accounts
- Manage cash flow activities
Salary + other information:
- £75,000 - £85,000
- Based in High Wycombe
- Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
