Finance Manager (Maternity Cover)

Finance Manager
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a well established membership organisation based near London Bridge, who are actively seeking a qualified Finance Manager to join their team for 9 months, to provide maternity cover.

Duties:

1. Oversee the management of the annual subscription cycle and direct debit process
2. Support and monitor commercial activities through development of regular specific reporting, KPIs, analysis, assistance with credit control and business partnering
3. Provide finance business partnering and training for budget holders, meeting regularly to assist them in managing their budgets effectively in delivering their objectives
4. Production of budgets, forecasts, management accounts, financial commentary and analysis
5. Ensure balance sheets are fully reconciled on a monthly basis
6. Ensure effective credit control processes are in place
7. In the event of member failure, manage and oversee the payment of claims
8. Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all stakeholders
9. In conjunction with HR, manage the monthly payroll processing
10. In conjunction with the Head of Finance, manage and develop the team

Requirements:

1. Good Excel skills
2. Working knowledge of VAT
3. Understanding of subscription based finance models
4. ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification

Salary + other information:

1. £60,000 – £65,000
2. 2 days in the office – 3 days from home
3. Based near London Bridge
