Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an Education business based near Camden who are looking for an Estates Compliance Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for circa 6 months.
Duties:
- Gap analysis and risk identification
- PPM Scheduling
- CAFM system processing
- Stakeholder engagement
- Maintenance and contract reviews
- Liaising with suppliers
- M&E compliance
Desirable:
- Reviewed maintenance contracts
- Worked on-site, liaised with facilities/contractors
- Able to provide clear progress updates
- Knowledge of statutory frameworks
Salary/information:
- £38,000 - £42,000 (pro rata)
- Based in the office 5 days a week
