Credit Control Manager
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting business who are seeking a Credit Control Manager to join their team.
Duties
- Lead, coach, and develop the Credit Control team
- Oversee collections and ensure accurate payment processing
- Manage escalated debtor accounts and legal referrals
- Resolve customer disputes with internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Manage external debt collection agency relationships
- Drive process improvements and team efficiency
- Conduct one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Have managed a team of Credit Controllers
- Good Excel knowledge/building KPI dashboards
- Lead by example
Salary and additional information
- £50,000 - £60,000
- Hybrid (3 days in the office 2 days work from home)
