Pinpoint Resourcing is partnering with a Private Equity-backed Business Advisory firm to appoint two ambitious Partners who are ready to make a lasting impact.

Duties

  • Lead restructuring, insolvency and advisory engagements, delivering excellent client service.
  • Drive business growth through new opportunities and client relationships.
  • Build networks to generate business and strengthen market presence.
  • Provide commercially focused advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Represent the firm at industry and networking events.
  • Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
  • Support the firm's strategy and performance with senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory and internal requirements.
  • Manage profitability, work in progress, recoveries and debt.
  • Foster collaboration to deliver integrated client solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years operating at Partner or Director level within restructuring, insolvency or business advisory.
  • Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with a recognised accountancy or insolvency qualification.
  • Proven track record of winning new business, developing client relationships and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
