Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a large Property Business based in London who are actively seeking a Billing Manager to oversee a team of circa 10+ staff based in the UK.
Duties:
- Manage end to end billing process
- Management and development of a large team of Billing Assistants
- Daily cost analysis
- Identifying and introducing process improvements
- Keep on top of the client accounts, making sure everything is recorded and up to date
- Setting & monitoring KPI's
- Making sure any issues that arise are dealt with in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Worked for a large business with annual turnover exceeding 100M
- Previous experience with energy billing
- Previous experience managing teams of at least 5
Salary + other information:
- 50,000 - 60,000 DOE
- 35% discretional bonus
- 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
