Key Responsibilities
Process and verify daily operational activity to prepare accurate client invoices
Apply and manage contract‑related charges, adjustments, and additional billing costs where required
Liaise with the sales department to review and authorise non‑standard invoicing requests
Monitor, reconcile, and maintain accurate records of customer usage, payments, and contract balances
