Senior Accounts Assistant in Belsize Park

Senior Accounts Assistant Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting retail business based near Camden. They are looking to hire a Senior Accounts Assistant to act as a bridge between the transactional team and the Line Manager. Duties: * Process and reconcile concession debtor accounts. * Manage credit control and overdue accounts. * Review aged debtors and issue monthly wholesale customer statements. * Prepare debtor forecasts and customer payment plans. * Update daily cash summaries and assist with monthly cash flow forecasts. * Maintain trade supplier payment forecasts. * Supervise and assist with purchase ledger operations. * Process supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring appropriate authorisation. * Prepare and review weekly supplier payment runs and issue remittance advices. * Process weekly and monthly journals, including accruals. * Maintain the fixed asset register and process monthly depreciation journals. * Perform monthly bank and other account reconciliations. Requirements: * Double entry bookkeeping experience * Good understanding of accruals/prepayments/journals * Good credit control / accounts receivable experience Salary + additional information: * £35,000 - £40,000 * Based in the office 5 days a week If you are interested in the role please apply!
