Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a growing Private Equity backed multi-site business who are seeking a Management Accountant to take ownership of the company’s management accounts, ensure accurate intercompany processing, and provide financial insight to senior leaders across a multi-site organisation. This is a key position working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and site managers. This is a permanent role, offering hybrid working with 2 days per week in our Central London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyse, and present monthly management accounts.
- Complete and reconcile all intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver timely month-end reporting, including journals, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Act as a trusted business partner to the SLT and site managers, providing insights, analysis, and financial support.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple sites.
- Monitor financial performance, highlighting variances and driving improvements.
- Ensure internal controls and accounting processes are maintained and continuously improved.
- Assist with year-end processes and external audits.
