Purchase Ledger Controller Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a well established construction business based in North West London to source a Purchase Ledger Controller to join them permanently. Responsibilities : Working alongside a fast-paced finance team assisting handling internal / external queries Processing company invoices, ensuring accurate coding, input and filling. Manage the reconciliation and settlement of ledger balances Update accounting records with daily bank deposits and payments Bank reconciliations, banking and assisting with financial administration Send out settlement statements and update vendor on status of their account. Requirements: Attention to detail essential to ensure accuracy of payments. Experience of customer service. Intermediate to Advanced Excel Experience of or desire to work in small Finance team. Strong numeracy, admin, organisational and time management skills.
