Caretaker Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a property management business who are urgently seeking a caretaker for their Hastings site. Duties: Being on site to provide access to contractors and other professionals Viewings for potential vendors/tenants, arranged in advance Tenants check in, check outs and yearly inspections of each flat with reports sent to office Communal area cleaning – entry way to be done daily Monday to Friday and then 2 floors doing daily to complete whole building once a week Cleaning flats between moving Weekly testing of emergency lighting and fire alarm Quarterly checking of communal fire doors, annual checking of flat entry doors to ensure no defects. Reports to be sent to office Simple jobs like tightening toilet seat, lick of paint to small area, fixing a hinge et Car park management – checking regularly to ensure no unauthorised cars parked by the building Daily checking of the bin store to ensure neat and tidy, bins to be taken out before council collection and then returned Reporting maintenance issues Being point of contact for ad-hoc out of hours responsibilities such as tenant emergencies Additional ad-hoc duties Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 If you are interested in the role please apply!
