Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an Education business based near Camden who are looking for an Estates Compliance Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for circa 6 months.

Duties:

  • Gap analysis and risk identification
  • PPM Scheduling
  • CAFM system processing
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Maintenance and contract reviews
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • M&E compliance

Desirable:

  • Reviewed maintenance contracts
  • Worked on-site, liaised with facilities/contractors
  • Able to provide clear progress updates
  • Knowledge of statutory frameworks

Salary/information:

£38,000-£42,000 (pro rata)

Based in the office 5 days a week.
