With offices in London, Manchester, New York and Los Angeles, we are continuing to scale our London team and looking to hire Recruitment Consultants (with 1-10 yrs experience) from any sector, who have a proven track record of consistent billing, originating business and building long-term client relationships.
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will operate in a true 360 capacity, with a strong emphasis on business development and client ownership.
- Full lifecycle 360 recruitment across permanent roles
- Managing and expanding existing client accounts
- Billing consistently
- Building market expertise and developing a personal brand within your specialist sector
- Hiring and training juniors to assist with execution, where appropriate
Must have a minimum of 1 year’s experience within any recruitment sector. Demonstrated billing success. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Competitive base salary (DOE, up to £70,000pa) + 45% uncapped commission structure.
