We are now looking to hire a number of recent graduates to become recruiters for professional markets and join our growing office in London! If you have the skills and desire for sales, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. With our training and guidance, you could be earning up to £100k+ in 3 years' time, with uncapped commission. Due to increased client demand, we are looking for motivated and ambitious graduates to join the team as soon as possible.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Full 360 recruiting for new and existing clients.
- Maintaining and establishing strong relationships with candidates and clients across the market.
- Executing Business Development into new accounts.
- Client and candidate mapping.
- Sourcing new roles.
- Adhering to company values, being a good team player.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A desire to get into Recruitment.
- Must have a 2:1 in any degree from a leading university.
- Any additional knowledge of one of our sectors would be useful.
- Able to meet strict deadlines and be KPI driven.
- Independently motivated. Must be dedicated, professional, and well-educated.
- Team player who is able to work collaboratively.
Job Type: Full-time
