We're looking for a commercially minded and strategic Head of Performance Marketing to lead our performance marketing offering and help shape the future growth of PinPoint Media. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering best-in-class performance strategies across paid search, paid social, display, video and emerging digital channels. You'll work closely with clients, agency partners and internal teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes and exceptional client service. You'll also play a key role in developing our performance proposition, identifying opportunities for innovation, supporting new business activity and contributing to the continued growth of the agency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of integrated performance marketing strategies.
- Oversee campaign planning, optimisation and reporting across multiple digital channels.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Drive campaign effectiveness through data analysis, testing and continuous optimisation.
