Mechanical Project Manager in Kingston Upon Thames

Overview

A well-established and growing M&E Contractor based in London are looking for a Site-Based Mechanical Project Manager to join their project delivery team.

They work broadly within the commercial and residential sectors on projects up to around £4m. This role is for a long-term position based in Surrey. It is a residential project so the ideal candidate will need to be able to demonstrate experience delivering similar projects within the South East.

They offer excellent opportunities to develop within the business and work for a range of blue chip clients.

This is a long-term role with further projects to move onto, though they are open to both a permanent role or a long-term contract role directly paid by the client.

Roles and Responsibilities

Run projects from through to completion

Deliver projects on time and on budget up to the value of £4m

Attend meetings with clients and senior management

Manage Health & Safety

Manage commercial side of the project
