Hi I’m Julia, Operations Manager at Pinpoint.
We’re a high-growth HR tech startup building and selling software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. Today, we have a strong foundation in place, with a mature product, rapid growth, strong product-market fit, and happy customers.
In the last two years, we’ve grown from 20 to 80+ people and more than doubled our customer base.
As the company scales, our operations need to scale too — which is why we’re hiring an Operations Coordinator. You’ll join a small, collaborative team that gets stuck into everything from onboarding to billing support to compliance. It’s a varied, fast-paced role with lots of visibility and plenty of opportunity to learn.
The fine print (but way more exciting):
- This is a remote role based in the U.K., with occasional in-person meetups in London.
- Our lean Operations team (including the COO) takes on varied, fast-paced work with a high bar for execution — balanced by flexibility, trust, and mutual respect.
- A substantial part of this role is reactive. You’ll need to be excellent at prioritizing ad hoc requests, setting expectations, and following through reliably.
- Our values shape who we are and how we work. We\’re excited to meet candidates who share these principles and will bring these values to life in their work.
About the Role
Finance & Compliance (40%)
- Support recurring compliance tasks (access reviews, vendor risk assessments, Vanta checklists)
- Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks: system access, MDM setup, equipment ordering, and collections
- Issue company shares in Carta as part of onboarding
- Help complete supplier forms and financial details to ensure timely customer payments
- Optional: assist with billing support and light bookkeeping
People Ops (35%)
- Lead onboarding logistics — from equipment and tools to welcome meetings and internal scheduling
- Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows in Deel
- Coordinate our internal newsletter and quarterly performance reviews
General Admin (25%)
- Book meetings, travel, equipment, and gifts for internal stakeholders
- Keep our internal documentation organized and up to date
- Triage messages in shared inboxes (e.g. accounts@, hello@) and assign follow-ups
About You
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, EA, or similar generalist roles
- Structured, reliable, and composed under pressure
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with shifting priorities
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Confident communicator — comfortable with senior stakeholders and external contacts
- Discreet and trustworthy — you’ll handle sensitive information with care
- Curious and proactive — quick to figure things out and take initiative
- Bonus: experience at a startup or fast-growing SaaS company
- Proven track record of acting on and making decisions that align with our core values
- Based in the UK with work authorization
