PinPep β part of 72Point Group - is seeking a talented and highly motivated Staff PR Photographer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work with some of the UK's leading brands and PR agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that meet the diverse needs of our clients, from commercial projects for blue-chip brands to major PR campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Capture creative and compelling photography for various PR and commercial projects.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver images that exceed expectations.
- Manage and coordinate photo shoots, including preparation, execution, and post-production.
- Ensure all images meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Travel as required, primarily around Greater London, but potentially further afield and abroad.
- Work outside of normal office hours and on weekends, as needed, to meet client demands.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
- Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in using professional camera equipment, lighting (Studio and location), and other photographic tools.
- Ability to βwireβ images live from shoots.
- IT Skills: Strong knowledge of photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Manage multiple demands and deadlines efficiently.
- Commercial Photography Understanding: Clear grasp of the principles and practices of commercial photography.
- PR and/or Commercial Photography Experience: Proven track record in PR and/or commercial photography.
- Creative Vision: Strong visual eye with a keen understanding of how to create impactful images that work for the media.
