About Pinot & Picasso
Pinot & Picasso is the UK's leading Paint & Sip experience company, bringing people together to paint, drinks, and make memories across our four UK studios. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, personalised experiences - and our Private Events business is a key engine of that growth. We're a hospitality brand at heart, which means every customer interaction matters.
Position Overview
We're looking for a hungry, people-first sales professional to own and grow our private events pipeline across all four UK studios. This is not a passive customer service role - it's a sales role with a hospitality soul. You'll be the first point of contact for private event enquiries, working the phone confidently, converting leads with energy and personality, and tailoring our experiences to every client. You'll also have a sharp eye for what isn't working - and the drive to fix it.
If you love talking to people, thrive on hitting targets, and get a buzz from closing a booking, this role is for you.
What Makes This Role Different
- Commission-driven: your earnings grow directly with your results - the more private events you convert, the more you earn.
- Phone-first culture: you'll be confident and enthusiastic on the phone, treating every call as an opportunity to wow a customer and win a booking.
- Hospitality mindset: you understand that sales and service aren't opposites - the best bookings come from genuinely caring about the customer's experience.
- Process ownership: you won't just follow the playbook - you'll help write it, spotting inefficiencies and proposing better ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Conversion
- Own the private events enquiry pipeline across all four UK studios, from first contact to confirmed booking.
- Proactively follow up on all inbound leads via phone, email, and chat - with phone as the preferred first touchpoint.
- Adapt our product offering to suit each client's needs, whether it's a hen do, corporate team event, birthday party, or something entirely unique.
- Hit and exceed monthly booking and revenue targets, motivated by a performance-based commission structure.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the booking process to maximise event value.
- Customer Experience
- Deliver a warm, enthusiastic, and professional experience on every interaction - making customers feel excited to book.
- Handle enquiries, questions, and concerns with energy and care, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.
- Resolve booking issues or complaints promptly, maintaining the brand's reputation for exceptional hospitality.
- CRM & Lead Management
- Manage and optimise the lead nurturing process within our CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and no lead falls through the cracks.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records.
- Weekly reporting in team meetings on lead conversion rates, booking volumes, and revenue performance.
- Studio Collaboration
- Work closely with studio operations teams across the UK to ensure seamless handover and execution of private events.
- Communicate client requirements clearly and in good time, so studios can deliver an outstanding experience.
- Process Improvement
- Actively identify where current processes aren't working - whether in lead handling, communication, CRM use, or event coordination - and propose practical solutions.
- Be a voice for continuous improvement, bringing ideas to the General Manager on a regular basis.
Skills & Qualifications
- Essential
- Proven sales or lead conversion experience, ideally in hospitality, events, or a customer-facing environment.
- Confident and enthusiastic on the phone - you enjoy picking up the phone and making things happen.
- Motivated by commission and personal performance targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills - warm, engaging, and able to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday CRM or similar).
- A proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told - you spot issues and act.
- Desirable
- Experience in hospitality & entertainment.
- Familiarity with event coordination or private dining/events sales.
- Experience working across multiple sites or locations.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary with an uncapped, performance-based commission structure.
