What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and improving core IT governance practices across incident, change, problem, request, asset, and tech‑risk management
- Managing and enhancing ITSM workflows (HALOITSM) to support ITIL‑aligned processes
- Working with internal and external audit teams, responding to findings and ensuring actions are completed
- Overseeing risk management activity, tracking MAPS actions, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Producing governance, risk, and compliance insights to support decision‑making and continuous improvement
- Creating MI dashboards and reporting packs to give stakeholders clear visibility of IT compliance
- Supporting operational resilience and disaster recovery testing
- Reviewing systems and processes to ensure alignment with business strategy and regulatory expectations
What You'll Bring
Essential:
- 3+ years in an IT governance or similar role
- Strong experience in risk, audit, and incident management
- 5+ years working in financial services
- ITIL or similar governance qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
