Our experienced Property Disputes lawyers specialise in both residential and commercial property disputes.
About you
We would like to recruit an experienced lawyer who preferably will possess significant experience in property disputes. Ideally, you will have expertise in right to manage and enfranchisement, in particular of large blocks of flats, as well as boundary disputes, lease extensions, landlord/tenant disputes, adverse possession, dilapidations, and break notices. You must be familiar with running and managing your own case with appropriate supervision. Excellent communication skills are essential, together with an ability to develop relationships with clients and influence people at all levels. You will be required to take part in and initiate marketing, networking, and other business development activities to maintain and develop work from both existing and potential clients. This is a unique opportunity to build and develop your existing talents within a highly regarded and results-driven environment. A proactive attitude that puts the client’s interests first, and a mindset focused on finding solutions is a key requirement.
