Our Contentious Probate Lawyers have significant experience across the full spectrum of Wills and probate claims where they provide clear, concise and practical advice tailored to each of our client’s unique situation.
We are keen to hear from a talented and ambitious Lawyer to be part of our Contentious Probate team and are looking for someone with experience advising upon all aspects of contested Wills and probate. You will possess an excellent working knowledge and understanding of practice areas and be familiar with running and managing your own cases with appropriate supervision. Clear and confident communications are essential, together with the ability to develop relationships with clients.
As part of your role you will be required to take part in and initiate marketing, networking, and other business development activities in order to maintain and develop work from both existing and potential clients. A proactive attitude that puts the client’s interests first, and a mindset focused on finding solutions is also key. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and develop your existing talents within a highly regarded and results driven environment where the company is rapidly expanding across the Essex region.
