About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and reliable Project Administrator to join our team on a busy construction project.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining general site administration with personnel coordination, access control, timekeeping and construction progress reporting.
The successful candidate will play an important part in supporting the site management team, ensuring that day-to-day administrative processes run smoothly and that accurate records of site attendance and construction progress are maintained.
This is not purely a desk-based role. You will also be required to carry out regular site walkarounds, taking photographs and gathering evidence of construction progress to support project reporting.
What We're Looking For
Previous administration experience, ideally within construction or a similar environment.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in a busy construction site environment and carrying out regular site walkarounds.
