As a Teacher of Business you will craft dynamic and thought-provoking lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, inspiring students to think ambitiously and engage deeply with the world of Business; with opportunities to also teach some KS5 economics. With a passion for nurturing talent and fostering intellectual curiosity, you will help students aspire to excellence and prepare them for future success.

At Pinner High School, our pedagogical approach is based on the principles of Rosenshine. All our lessons begin with a do now activity, aimed at recalling knowledge. In addition, a high proportion of students are categorised as higher ability, we therefore expect appropriate challenge in learning. Learning episodes contain challenge tasks in addition to main activities which support the progression of all students. Students often use green pens to self assess work and teachers use expert subject knowledge for assessment for learning.
