As Second in Charge of English, you will:
- Support the Head of English in leading a high-performing department
- Model outstanding teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 to 5
- Lead on curriculum development and innovative pedagogical practice

- Support, coach, and develop colleagues within the department

In addition, a high proportion of students are categorised as higher ability, we therefore expect appropriate challenge in learning.
