Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join and supervise our Cleaning Team based in Uxbridge. This is to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and upkeep of one of our residential sites housing medical staff.
Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all staff and visitors to a high standard throughout the building. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.
This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week, 8AM-1PM, Monday to Friday. If you take pride in your work and have a passion for creating clean, safe spaces, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the cleaning activities of a small team of cleaners across the site.
- Damp & spot mopping, dusting, polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings, sanitising touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces including vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting.
- Cleaning toilet facilities and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels.
- Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms.
- Experience in stock ordering & controls.
- Flexibility to ensure that formal rectification or ad-hoc cleaning issues are picked up and can be responded to and managed promptly in line with the contract specification.
Key Requirements will include:
- Experience in leading and motivating a cleaning team.
- Good knowledge of the use of cleaning chemicals COSHH, H&S legislation Manual Lift Handling.
- IT literate as will be dealing with emails, staff rotas and general administration.
- Key Holder experience.
