Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a proactive and organised Supply Chain Coordinator to support the effective management of our supplier network and ensure full compliance with group policies and industry standards. In this role, you will maintain and audit our approved supplier lists, coordinate supplier vetting and onboarding, and act as the first point of contact for all supply chain queries.
Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and account‑management skills, be numerate and detail‑driven with excellent IT capability, and possess a strong work ethic aligned to delivering best‑in‑class performance in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. This is a full time role with a hybrid working pattern of 1 day in the office.

Key responsibilities:- Vet suppliers against set list of criteria and seek approval from Head of Asset Management for suppliers outside of this.
- Attend regular meetings to review competency of suppliers and agree approved services.
- Monitor use of suppliers to ensure only approved suppliers are used and that all records are kept up to date.
- Audit and maintain the supply chain list.
- Gain feedback in from operational teams on the quality of the suppliers.
- Maintain a relationship with the group procurement team to ensure compliance with group policies.
- Support production of the appropriate reporting ensuring that reports are informative, high quality and accurate, and that the pack is circulated in good time so that members are able to review it ahead of meetings.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a supply chain, asset, or operational environment.
- Strong financial, commercial and IT skills, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at senior levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilient, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high‑quality, best‑in‑class performance.
