Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Caretaker to maintain our buildings and facilities, ensuring they are secure, functional, and compliant with Health & Safety standards. You will join our Facilities Management team at schools in Exeter.
Responsibilities include:
- Routine maintenance, repairs, security, and cleanliness.
- Ensure the security of school buildings and grounds through locking/unlocking, patrols, and monitoring.
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance as per each school's schedule and your skills.
- Assist service providers with access, escorting, and liaising for remedial or maintenance work.
- Carry out minor repairs and decoration works.
- Respond to emergencies such as floods or bodily fluids, executing rectification procedures promptly.
- Check BMS, boilers, hot water systems, pest inspections, drains, and plant rooms.
- Perform daily duties including litter picking, bin emptying, sweeping, and toilet cleaning.
