Job Title: Operations Assistant
Pinnacle Group is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Operational Manager in managing all sub-letting activities and ensuring an effective and efficient service.
Our Home Services team is a vital part of Pinnacle Service Families, managing 49,000 military family homes on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. Our mission is to be champions of Service Families, advocating for their needs in all we do.
This role offers a hybrid working pattern with three days in the office. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Create and update records and databases with relevant data and attachments
- Track stock levels and requests
- Assist the Operational Manager with all sub-letting processes, including temporary downgrades
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
