Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Evening Cleaning Team Leader to lead an established team at a large office building and will be responsible for all aspects of general cleaning. You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Nottingham and surrounding areas.
Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
The site is the headquarters of our main client and therefore a personal and can do approach is required. You will be maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies, communicate attendance and performance management. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. This is a part time evening position where you will be doing 4.30pm to 7.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:
- Use of JobWatch to carry out the jobs everyday.
- Assess stock usage and maintain stock levels.
- Care and maintenance of equipment.
- Reactive cleaning duties.
- Ensure all team members attend work in a punctual manner.
Key requirements:
- Knowledge of the use of chemicals (COSHH)
- Proven experience in a team leading/supervisory position.
- Professional cleaning experience.
