Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Cleaning Team who are based at two separate housing sites in South Benfleet and Hadleigh although you may be required to cover some other sites in the Castle Point area.
Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. If you take pride in your work and have a passion for creating clean, safe spaces, we encourage you to apply.
The hours are 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday. This will be a temporary assignment, starting immediately and it will be until the end of October but could become ongoing.
This role will involve travelling between sites so Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle will be ESSENTIAL.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass etc. as per required contract specification.
- Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
- Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
- Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.
Key requirements:
- Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
- Full UK Driving Licence with own vehicle.
- Experience using cleaning machinery.
- Strong communication skills in order to speak with the residents.
