Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to provide high standards of cleanliness across our sites. You will be joining our Cleaning team based in Erith.
Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
Your role will involve traveling to housing sites (sheltered accommodation, extra care and general needs council estates) to perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management. This contract also covers council offices, a theatre and several community halls across Erith.
You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently as well as in a team. If you take pride in your work and enjoy maintaining clean, safe environments in a dynamic setting, we would love to hear from you.
Hours for this role will be 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours per week.
This will be an ongoing temporary assignment and a full UK Driving Licence will be essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning of internal communal areas such as lifts, stairwells, landings, kitchens etc.
- Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.
- Reporting required repairs and maintenance to the manager.
Key requirements:
- Full UK Driving License held for a minimum of one year.
- Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Physically fit and able to work with heavy cleaning machinery.
