Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Deep Cleaner to provide high standards of cleanliness across our sites. You will be joining our Specialist Cleaning teams who are covering sites across Sussex and Hampshire.
Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
Your role will involve traveling to different housing sites (sheltered accommodation, extra care and general needs council estates) to perform general cleaning duties along with carpet/floor cleaning, jet washing of internal and external bin stores and graffiti removal. You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. Hours will be 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
A Full UK Driving Licence is an ESSENTIAL requirement.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Clean gutters and external pipes using appropriate safety equipment.
- Prepare and grit pathways during winter months.
- Wash and dry glass surfaces inside and outside buildings.
- Operate specialist cleaning equipment, including carpet steam cleaners, floor scrubbing machines, reach-and-wash systems and purified water systems for window cleaning.
- Use of pressure washing equipment and chemicals to clean external surfaces such as gutters, driveways, and fences.
Key requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of one year.
- Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Experience using reach and wash and other window cleaning systems is desirable.
- Deep Cleaning experience would be preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work with heavy cleaning machinery.
