# Assistant Property Manager## Job IntroductionPinnacle Group are looking for a proactive and detail orientated Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a high end residential development. In this role you will be responsible for managing and supervising estate-based personnel, ensure the site is safe and well maintained, service charges are collected and leaseholder enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.This full-time role is based at Nine Elms, Wandsworth, and offers a hybrid working pattern of 2-3 days on site depending on business needs.You will be joining our Residential Property Management team based in Nine Elms, Wandsworth.
