We are seeking skilled and dedicated Window and Door Fabricator(s) to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have experience in fabricating windows and doors, possess a keen eye for detail, and be committed to producing products of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
- Areas of work will include welding, corner cleaning, beading, sash gearing, door gearing, door hanging and sash hanging.
- Fabricate and assemble windows and doors according to specifications.
- Ensure the accurate measurement and cutting of profile.
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
The ideal candidate should:
- Ideally have proven experience as a Window Fabricator or similar role.
- Be able and willing to work diligently and efficiently to our demanding work schedule.
- Be driven to achieve objectives, overcome challenges and production problems.
- Be energetic and enthusiastic, proactively offering proposals.
- Be able to communicate in a clear, concise, and confident manner.
