Overview
In this role you will lead recruitment for senior Rail professionals, shaping teams for national and regional contractors. You will build and run your own Rail desk, with support from senior management, and have a path toward managing a team and potentially a directorship. The position offers an uncapped commission structure and strong training to grow your headhunting and leadership capabilities. You’ll operate in a professional, non‑micro‑managed environment focused on strategic growth.

Responsibilities
- Recruit management-level Rail professionals across P-way and Signalling for large national and regional contractors
- Headhunt candidates and build a strong candidate pipeline
- Develop and own your recruitment segment with support to grow into a team leadership role
- Collaborate with senior management to drive billings and strategic growth
- Build relationships with clients and manage stakeholder expectations
- Work toward potential advancement to directorship and leadership positions
Key requirements
- Experience recruiting management staff within Rail recruitment desks
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation and passion for recruitment
- Working knowledge of the Residential Development sector
