As a Senior Consultant at Pinnacle Recruitment, you will lead recruitment for Rail management roles, spanning P-way and Signalling, for national contractors and regional firms. You’ll grow the Rail desk, with potential to manage a team and progress toward directorship, supported by experienced senior management. Responsibilities
- Recruit management staff for Rail projects (P-way and Signalling) across national and regional contractors
- Headhunt candidates and build a talent pipeline for Rail disciplines
- Develop and grow the Rail desk, with potential to manage a team
- Collaborate with senior management to drive billings and growth
- Support strategic recruitment initiatives in a non-micro-management environment
Key requirements
- Experience recruiting management staff within a Rail recruitment context
