Overview
As a Senior Consultant you will drive growth by recruiting management talent for Construction and Residential sectors, covering contractors and developers at various scales. You’ll work with senior management to build your own team and expand a specialized desk, supported by a proven training culture. The role combines strategic headhunting with hands-on recruitment to meet ambitious business goals in a growing firm opening a Waterloo office. Responsibilities
- Recruit management staff within Construction and Residential sectors on a permanent basis
- Headhunt and engage candidates for roles such as Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Bid Managers, Engineers, QS, Estimators, etc.
- Develop and grow your own recruitment desk; potentially manage a team with senior leadership support
- Collaborate with senior management to drive billings and organizational growth
- Build and maintain client relationships with contractors, developers, and regional players
Key requirements
- Experience recruiting management staff in Construction or Residential sectors on a permanent basis
