Overview
As a Senior Consultant you drive the recruitment of management staff within Construction and Residential sectors, helping clients build leadership teams across contractors and developers. You’ll own a broad recruitment brief, develop your own client base, and grow your unit with senior management support. The role blends hands-on headhunting with team leadership opportunities, in a supportive, non-micromanaged environment. You can shape your own success through an uncapped commission structure and growth potential.

Responsibilities
- Recruit management staff for Construction/Residential sectors on permanent roles
- Headhunt and engage candidates across disciplines (Site Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, etc.)
- Develop and expand your recruitment section with cross-functional collaboration
- Possibly manage a small team with guidance from senior management
- Utilize proactive recruitment methods to grow billings and candidate pipelines
Key requirements
