Due to their success they are currently looking for a highly experienced Technical Manager to join a team overseeing a 2000 unit scheme.
ResponsibilitiesAchieving quality in design and maintaining the Company's innovative market.
Enhancing the Company's reputation through driving cutting edge solutions.
Problem solving on a day to day basis.
Support and assist the Technical Management to ensure that all design are in accordance with the expectation of the projectEnsure that all legal requirements are approved to ensure that projects begin and are constructed of the highest standardBe present on site occasionally in order to carry out site checks.
Formulate and continuously develop briefs, by organising applicable information as instructed by the Technical ManagerFollow technical processes and procedure whilst carry out your role and improve or address any Technical issues in order to improve the process of any given projectChecking full working drawing packages.
