They are working on a long term regeneration scheme in South East London comprising the demolition and redevelopment of over 1000 homes, with circa 1500 new high quality, mixed tenure homes.
This is a long term scheme that is well underway with many years left to run. They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team, with phase 1 due to be completed soon and work due to begin on phase 2 imminently. xohmjla
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to have experience working on residential / regeneration schemes, with RC frame experience.
