Overview
In this role you will oversee the day-to-day running of residential sites in Kent and Sussex, ensuring smooth operations and coordination with the Project Manager. You will manage on-site labour, forklift driver, and subcontractors to deliver developments ranging from 14 to 44 units. You’ll drive safe, compliant site execution and timely progression across multiple sites for a prestigious residential developer. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes on-site delivery and quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site operations and coordination with the Project Manager
- Manage on-site labour, forklift driver, and subcontractors
- Ensure health, safety, and site compliance on all activities
- Coordinate logistics, material movements, and progress reporting
- Monitor progress against milestones and quality standards
