It is a flexible role that will have home working thrown in due to the nature of the work required.This is a progressive role that is subject to promotion and increased responsibility that will also lead to excellent payrises and bonus payments.The successful candidate could come from a land promotion, agency, consultancy or developer background but the main core experience required is knowing what strategic land site that will come to fruition in the next 5 – 10 years.
